Katelyn (she/her) is an Archives Graduate Fellow for the 2024-25 academic year. She is currently a graduate student in the Archives & Public History MA program at New York University. She received her BA in History with minors in Anthropology and Politics, Law, and Social Thought from Rice University in 2022. 

Her research interests include description as data, reparative description, community archives, and digital humanities. Her professional goals as an emerging archivist include expanding access to special collections; resisting legacies of racism and policing in research spaces; and prioritizing feminist ethics of care in the archive.
