Finding Collections
Archives Finding Aids
The Barnard Archives’ collections are described in guides called finding aids. Finding aids provide information including historical and/or biographical context for the collection, dates and size of the collection, and either a brief description of or more granular list of the collections’ contents. We use ArchivesSpace to make our finding aids searchable. To access these materials (in person or remotely), please contact us and refer to our information for researchers.
Digital Collections
The Barnard Digital Collections features a small fraction of the Archives’ full collections, including digitized photographs, yearbooks, newspapers, oral histories, student publications, and materials from the Barnard Center for Research on Women. Items are full-text searchable where possible.
