Maya Garfinkel, BC '19 won a Barnard Library Research Award, which she used to research Barnard student housing, conceptions of safety, neighborhood relations, and housing activism, using materials in the Barnard Archives.
She created a website, with an interactive map to share what she learned.
Izzi Sibbers, the Post-Baccalaureate Fellow in the Empirical Reasoning Center, also BC '19, helped Maya create the map.
